You’re not broken.
You’re wired differently—and that matters.
If life feels too loud, too fast, or too confusing… you’re not alone. Therapy can help you find clarity, calm, and real strategies that work with your brain—not against it.
💡 You might be here because:
You’re constantly overwhelmed or overstimulated
You struggle to focus… or hyperfocus until you burn out
You feel like you’re “masking” all the time just to fit in
You’re smart, capable—and exhausted trying to prove it
Relationships are confusing or draining, even when you care deeply
You’ve always felt different, but didn’t have the words for it until recently
Whether you’ve been officially diagnosed with ADHD or Autism—or you’re just beginning to explore neurodivergence—this is a safe place to land, learn, and grow.
🧭 What Therapy Can Help With:
Executive function challenges (organization, planning, time blindness)
Emotional dysregulation, shutdowns, or burnout
Anxiety, depression, and masking fatigue
Identity struggles after late diagnosis
Sensory overload and boundary-setting
Self-advocacy and communication skills
Unlearning internalized shame and ableism
This isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about supporting you.
👋 Meet Your Therapist
Hi, I’m Cody Bryan, MS, LAC—a therapist/coach who personally identifies with, and specializes in working with neurodivergent folks. I’ve helped my clients with ADHD, autism or both, find deep relief, clarity, and steps to move forward in their identity.
I bring a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-aware, and deeply human approach to therapy. You won’t be judged, rushed, or told to “just try harder.” Instead, we’ll focus on what works for you.
🛠️ My Approach: Real Tools + Radical Permission
We’ll work together to reduce overwhelm, build on your strengths, and reframe the stories that have kept you stuck. You’ll leave with concrete strategies—and more compassion for how your brain works.
I am a certified solution focused brief therapist (sfbt). It is an approach that is flexible and empowering. Sessions are structured, but never rigid. Honest, but never harsh. Deep, but always practical.

No. Many of my clients come in unsure if they’re ADHD, autistic, gifted, twice-exceptional, or “just overwhelmed.” You don’t need a label to get support. If you want help understanding your brain, your patterns, and what actually works for you, we can start right there.
*I can happily provide referrals to some great folks who do evaluations.

I do not provide full diagnostic evaluations. I can help you explore traits, understand how they show up in your life, and connect you with trusted providers for formal testing if you want it.

I use Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), which fits neurodivergent brains well. We focus on what works for you, build practical strategies, and create systems that match your energy, sensory needs, and capacity. Most clients see me for 3–5 sessions.

That’s common. You don’t need to show up polished or prepared. I help you break things down, simplify your next steps, and create small wins that build momentum without burning you out.

Yes. Masking takes a toll. Many neurodivergent folks come to therapy because something finally feels unsustainable. We explore what authenticity looks like for you, how to protect your energy, and how to move through the world with less pressure and more self-trust.
