You don’t have to keep pretending you’re fine.
You’re overwhelmed. Tired. Maybe anxious all the time—or stuck in a fog you can’t shake. Counseling can help you get back to yourself.
😔 Sound familiar?
Your brain won’t stop racing—but your body’s exhausted
You wake up dreading the day, even when nothing is “wrong”
You overthink everything, say yes when you mean no, or isolate yourself to avoid it all
You feel stuck in survival mode, numbness, or burnout
You’ve tried the podcasts, the books, the self-help tricks—but nothing sticks
Whether your pain shows up as anxiety, depression, or both... you’re not alone. And you’re not broken. You’re a human carrying too much for too long, without enough support.
🧭 What Therapy Can Help You Do:
Quiet the mental noise and calm your nervous system
Learn how to interrupt spirals of overthinking or shame
Understand where your emotional patterns come from—and how to change them
Rebuild confidence, energy, and self-trust
Create rhythms of care that actually work for you
Feel more present, peaceful, and capable
💡 My Approach:
Deep, Practical, and Personal
Therapy doesn’t have to be stuffy or surface-level. I believe in asking good questions, going deep when it’s time, and giving you real tools to help between sessions.
I use a trauma-aware, solution-focused approach that honors your past but doesn’t leave you stuck in it. We’ll work together to understand what’s driving your pain—and what can finally bring relief.
👋 Meet Your Therapist
I’m Cody Bryan, a licensed therapist who specializes in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity, creativity, and burnout. I especially love helping high achievers, neurodivergent clients, and creatives who feel like they’ve lost touch with themselves.
I’ve walked through seasons of darkness too. And I believe healing is possible—not by forcing yourself to “be positive,” but by finding your way home to who you are.

You might notice things like constant worry, racing thoughts, trouble sleeping, perfectionism, low motivation, feeling weighed down, or losing interest in things you usually enjoy. You don’t have to check every box for it to matter. If something feels off, that is enough reason to explore it.
-
Yes. Many of my clients are “high-functioning” on the outside and quietly exhausted on the inside. You don’t have to be falling apart to get support. High-achievers often hide their symptoms the longest, which makes therapy even more helpful.
-
I use Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). It’s evidence-based, goal-oriented, and tends to work faster than traditional therapy. Instead of digging endlessly into the past, we look at what’s already helping, what you want more of, and where your strengths are hiding in plain sight. Most clients see me for 3–5 sessions.
-
Yes. Research shows therapy can be just as effective as medication for many people. It helps you understand your patterns, regain a sense of control, build resilience, and reconnect with a life that feels like yours again.
-
That doesn’t mean you failed therapy or therapy failed you. Sometimes the approach or the fit wasn’t right. SFBT can feel different: faster, lighter, and focused on the future instead of old wounds that don’t feel relevant anymore.
-
No. In fact, I rarely address diagnosis. Some clients want a diagnosis for clarity or workplace accommodations or insurance reimbursement. But I tend to find that outside of these areas, our time is best focused on what you’d like different in your life and how to create it.
-
Totally normal. You don’t need a polished story. You bring whatever you can. I’ll guide the process and help you get clear on what you want to feel instead of what you’re stuck in now.
-
Yes. All sessions are online for Arkansas residents. You can meet from your home, your car, your office, or wherever you feel comfortable.
-
Absolutely. Anxiety and depression often hide beneath burnout. We look at what’s draining you, where you’re over-functioning, and what small shifts would create the biggest relief.
