You’re doing a lot.
But how are you doing?
You’re building something meaningful— whether it is your art, your craft, your business, your impact. But under the surface? You’re anxious. Burned out. Maybe even lost. Counseling (or coaching outside of Arkansas) can help you get unstuck and back in your flow. So that you can become the best version of yourself.
🚩 This sound familiar?
You’re successful on the outside—but exhausted inside
Your creativity’s blocked, and you don’t know why
You jump between overdrive and shut down
You’re constantly overthinking or battling imposter syndrome
You feel like your brain works differently—and not always in your favor
You’ve outgrown your past but aren’t sure what’s next
Whether you’re an artist, leader, founder, or neurodivergent high-performer—you need more than just coping skills. You need space to be seen, heard, and recalibrated.

🎯 My Approach: Deep, Direct, and Unshaming
This isn’t therapy that stays on the surface. I work with people like you every day—driven, intense, visionary, sensitive. Together, we’ll unpack what’s under the pressure, and build strategies that actually work for your brain and life.
I combine solution-focused therapy with existential realities. That means we won’t just process—we’ll plan, create, and shift your inner and outer life with intention

-
I work with anxious high-achievers who look successful on the outside but feel like they’re one misstep away from being exposed. That often includes creatives, entrepreneurs, executives, educators, and anyone who feels like their brain never clocks out.
-
Not at all. Creativity shows up in more ways than art. If your mind is always building, imagining, or problem-solving, you’re creative. If you carry big ideas and bigger expectations, you’ll feel right at home here.
-
Some signs include chronic self-doubt, downplaying your accomplishments, feeling like your success is a fluke, or bracing for the moment someone “finds you out.” You’re not broken. You’re stuck in a survival story that is ready to be rewritten.
-
I use Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). It’s evidence-based, goal-oriented, and tends to move faster than traditional therapy. Most clients see me for 3–5 sessions. We focus on what’s already working in your life and build on that.
-
If you’re in Arkansas, it’s therapy. If you’re outside Arkansas, it’s coaching. The work feels similar: clear goals, forward momentum, and a focus on helping you show up as your true self.
-
Perfect. You don’t need to be in crisis. Many of my clients come in because something feels off, heavy, or misaligned. We explore what you want more of, what you want less of, and how to move toward the version of you that feels real.
-
I offer daytime and limited evening availability. Sessions are either in-person, or online, so you can meet from your office, car, or studio. No commute, no fuss.
-
Yes. Burnout is often the smoke signal that tells you something needs to shift. High-achievers tend to ignore early signs. I help you slow down, reset, and build a sustainable way forward without losing your ambition.
-
That’s common for high-achievers. You’ve spent years performing, fixing, and carrying. My style is conversational, warm, and collaborative. You bring whatever you can. I’ll meet you there.
-
A great way is to schedule a free 15-minute intro call. We’ll talk about what you’re wanting, see if we’re a good fit, and get your next steps lined up.
