  • I work with anxious high-achievers who look successful on the outside but feel like they’re one misstep away from being exposed. That often includes creatives, entrepreneurs, executives, educators, and anyone who feels like their brain never clocks out.

  • Not at all. Creativity shows up in more ways than art. If your mind is always building, imagining, or problem-solving, you’re creative. If you carry big ideas and bigger expectations, you’ll feel right at home here.

  • Some signs include chronic self-doubt, downplaying your accomplishments, feeling like your success is a fluke, or bracing for the moment someone “finds you out.” You’re not broken. You’re stuck in a survival story that is ready to be rewritten.

  • I use Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). It’s evidence-based, goal-oriented, and tends to move faster than traditional therapy. Most clients see me for 3–5 sessions. We focus on what’s already working in your life and build on that.

  • If you’re in Arkansas, it’s therapy. If you’re outside Arkansas, it’s coaching. The work feels similar: clear goals, forward momentum, and a focus on helping you show up as your true self.

  • Perfect. You don’t need to be in crisis. Many of my clients come in because something feels off, heavy, or misaligned. We explore what you want more of, what you want less of, and how to move toward the version of you that feels real.

  • I offer daytime and limited evening availability. Sessions are either in-person, or online, so you can meet from your office, car, or studio. No commute, no fuss.

  • Yes. Burnout is often the smoke signal that tells you something needs to shift. High-achievers tend to ignore early signs. I help you slow down, reset, and build a sustainable way forward without losing your ambition.

  • That’s common for high-achievers. You’ve spent years performing, fixing, and carrying. My style is conversational, warm, and collaborative. You bring whatever you can. I’ll meet you there.
